01 LEAD

  • MCP of AIESEC in Jordan is required to drive the right culture desired for the Jordanian plenary performance.
  • Being able to engage the leadership body of AIESEC in Jordan with their purpose and direction.
  • Responsibility to create the proper leadership pipeline.
  • Ensuring to tackle the situational leadership required for every management layer.

02 Understand & DIRECT

  • The MCP is required to understand the diverse market and customers of Jordan.
  • Identifying the current competencies of the talent capacity to upscale their performance.
  • Setting a clear national must win battles that will add to the growth path of the entity.
  • Aligning a desired management practice for the national team to be able to coach their commissions.
  • Governing The essence and progress of the organization to ensure their connection with AIESEC in Jordan’s network.

03 Represent

  • Representing AIESEC In Jordan To The International Network, National Organizations, BoAs And Official Government Events.
  • Governing Their MC Presence In All The National Touch- points.
  • Showcasing The Potential Of Their Entity For International Relations With The Global Plenary To Support The Co- delivery Of Operations.

04 Manage

  • Managing AIESEC In Jordan’s Resources In Synergy With Their Back Office.
  • Responsible To Manage The National Team And Tracking Their Management Capacity For The Network.
  • Balancing Between All The Entity Stakeholders And Keeping Their Relations Management.
  • Managing The CEOs Of The Local Level And Securing Their Communication Lines.
